Spring is headed our way and we are sprucing things up around Catalan! Our patio has some new umbrellas and new plants. We were going for the oasis look instead of the dinner in the parking lot look, so stop by and let us know what you think!

Our bar team is the heart of our cocktail program, and Diego, Blake, & Jorge are always coming up with new creations to satisfy your tastebuds! We have some ahhhhhhhhmazing new non-alcoholic cocktails that we are getting ready to debut crafted by our newest bartender, Blake. He's got a great palate and an eye for all things beautiful, we are so happy to have him on our team!

Also, be on the lookout for Curious Elixers - these are new to the market, innovative non-alcoholic cocktails that use herbs and tinctures to help elevate your mood and relax you after a long day. We are SUPER excited to have been chosen as one of the first on-premise accounts for their brand in North Carolina!

The spring cocktail menu is almost finished, and the test-kitchen phase of our spring & summer tapas menu is in full swing. Lots of fresh fruits, veggies, and herbs are coming your way, so make sure you come visit and try them out. We've changed up our wing recipe, check out this quick vid our Executive Chef made today while prepping them - yum! While these cilantro-lime wings will be our new base, you are always welcome to spruce them up with one of our wing sauces on top.
